Why PRIYAN exists

The founding idea behind PRIYAN is that technology and AI should reduce repetitive, monotonous and routine work — so people can spend more time on work that is meaningful, on their careers, on helping others, and on a life outside of work.
That belief shapes what we build. Automation is not there to remove people from a business. It is there to remove the parts of the job nobody wanted in the first place.

A good local business can be the best option within two kilometres and still be effectively invisible online, because search and marketplaces are dominated by platforms with far larger budgets.
We want local businesses to use digital technology to reach a much larger audience than their street allows — instead of accepting invisibility as the cost of being small.

Where we work
Mumbai-based. Focused on Mumbai and Maharashtra.
We are based in Mumbai and our initial market is Mumbai and Maharashtra. Our work so far has been with travel businesses and local businesses, which is where our experience is deepest — though the method applies across sectors.
There is no walk-in office. Everything runs over WhatsApp, email and calls, which is how most of the businesses we work with prefer to operate anyway.

How big is the team?
Small, deliberately. It means you deal directly with the people doing the work, and it means we take on what we can do properly rather than everything we are asked for.
What does "AI-powered" actually mean here?
It means we use AI as a tool to research, draft, analyse and structure work faster — and to build automation that removes repetitive tasks. It does not mean an AI writes your marketing unsupervised. A person is responsible for everything that goes out.
Where do you work?
We are Mumbai-based and focused on Mumbai and Maharashtra. We work in English. There is no walk-in office — everything runs over WhatsApp, email and calls, which is how most of our clients prefer to work anyway.
What will you not do?
