Travel & Tourism · Focus industry

Travel is researched slowly and booked in a conversation.

A traveller compares five agencies, reads reviews, looks at photos, and then sends one WhatsApp message. Everything before that message is your digital presence doing its job.

Context

What we see in travel

Travel is a high-consideration purchase with a long research phase and a short decision window. People plan for weeks, then choose in an afternoon — usually after a conversation that settles their last few doubts about dates, cost and who they are trusting with the trip.

This is the vertical where PRIYAN has done its most visible work so far. Both sites in our portfolio are Mumbai travel businesses, and both were built around the same idea: make the itinerary vivid, make the trust obvious, and make the WhatsApp conversation one tap away.

The problems that come up most

  • Itineraries live in PDFs and WhatsApp forwards, not on pages that can be found in search.
  • The website shows packages but never answers "why book through you".
  • Seasonal demand spikes arrive before the campaign is ready.
  • Enquiries come in on WhatsApp with no context, so every chat starts from scratch.
  • Photos from real trips sit unused in a phone gallery.

Our approach

How we approach it

Itinerary-led pages

Destinations and tours as proper pages with structure, imagery and detail — findable in search, shareable in a chat.

Trust before price

Who you are, how you plan and what happens after booking, addressed before the traveller has to ask.

Seasonal campaigns

Meta campaigns planned around departures and holiday windows rather than reacting once the season has started.

WhatsApp-first enquiry

Click-to-WhatsApp from every itinerary, opening with the trip already named in the message.

Content from real trips

Your own traveller photos and stories turned into a consistent social presence.

Group-tour promotion

Fixed departures given their own page, their own campaign and a clear deadline to act on.

FAQs

Travel & Tourism — common questions

Do you work with travel agencies specifically?

Yes — it is our strongest area so far. Our published work is with Mumbai travel businesses, and the enquiry patterns in travel are ones we understand well: long research, seasonal peaks and a conversation that closes the booking.

Can you handle both domestic and international tours?

Yes. The structure differs — domestic trips are often shorter-notice and more price-sensitive, international ones involve more planning and reassurance — but the underlying journey from discovery to WhatsApp conversation is the same.

We already get bookings through referrals. Why do we need this?

Referrals still check you online before they message. A strong digital presence is often what converts a warm referral into an actual enquiry — and it adds a second source of leads that does not depend on someone remembering you.

Can you promote fixed group departures?

Yes. Group departures work well as their own pages with their own campaigns, because they have a real deadline. We would pair that with click-to-WhatsApp so interested travellers can ask about seats immediately.
