AI & Automation
Identify repetitive work. Simplify the process. Automate what makes sense.
Automation is not about replacing people. It is about giving them back the hours currently spent copying details from one place to another.
The problem
The work nobody should still be doing by hand
Every small business has some version of this list.
- Copying enquiry details from WhatsApp into a spreadsheet, one by one.
- Answering the same five questions a dozen times a day.
- Following up from memory, so some leads get chased twice and others never.
- Rebuilding the same report at the end of every month.
- Details lost between the person who took the enquiry and the person who handles it.
The PRIYAN approach
Simplify first. Automate second.
Automating a bad process just makes the mess arrive faster. So we start by looking at what the work actually is, remove the steps that exist only out of habit, and then automate what is genuinely repetitive.
Our initial direction is workflow automation with n8n, plus exploration of WhatsApp API for businesses whose volume justifies it. We would rather do a small number of automations properly than promise an autonomous business.
What that means in practice
- A short, honest audit of where time actually goes each week.
- Process simplification before any tool is introduced.
- Workflow automation built on n8n, connecting the tools you already use.
- A clear view of what is automated, what is not, and why.
- Handover so your team understands the workflow rather than fearing it.
Scope
Where we usually start
Lead → Qualification → Follow-up → CRM → Reporting is the workflow most businesses feel first.
Repetitive-work audit
A structured look at the tasks that repeat weekly, and what each one costs in time.
Process simplification
Removing steps that exist only because they always have — often the biggest single win.
Lead capture & routing
Enquiries from your website, ads and WhatsApp collected in one place instead of scattered across apps.
Follow-up workflows
Reminders and sequences so no warm conversation is lost to a busy week.
CRM & spreadsheet sync
Lead data flowing into the tool you already use, without manual re-entry.
Reporting automation
The monthly summary assembled automatically rather than rebuilt by hand.
AI-assisted drafting
Using AI to speed up drafting and research, with a person reviewing before anything is sent.
Documentation
Every workflow written down, so it is maintainable by someone other than us.
Current capability
What is operational, and what we are building towards
Now Operational now
- Repetitive-work audit and process simplification
- Workflow automation with n8n
- Lead capture, routing and follow-up workflows
- AI-assisted research, drafting and reporting support
Next In development
- WhatsApp API automation and AI chatbots
- Automated lead qualification and scoring
- Deeper CRM integrations and automated journeys
- Semi-automated AI Growth Audit generation
- Reusable automation solutions for common business patterns
This is a roadmap, not a product list. We will move items up as they become genuinely operational — and we will not sell a capability before it exists.
Process
How an automation project runs
-
01
Observe
What actually happens today — the real process, not the one in the manual.
-
02
Simplify
Cut the unnecessary steps first. Some problems disappear here without any technology.
-
03
Automate
Build the workflow, test it against real cases, and keep a manual fallback.
-
04
Hand over
Document it, train your team, and agree how it gets maintained.
Fit
Who this suits
- Businesses handling enquiries across WhatsApp, calls, forms and DMs
- Teams re-entering the same information into multiple tools
- Owners spending evenings on admin instead of the business
- Travel and service businesses with long, detail-heavy enquiry threads
- Anyone who has said "there must be a better way to do this"

FAQs
Questions about aI & Automation
Is this going to replace my staff?
That is not the point of it. The founding idea behind PRIYAN is that technology should take the repetitive work off people so they can spend time on the parts of the job that need judgement, care and a human being. In practice that usually means the same team handling more, better.
What tools do you use?
Our current direction is n8n for workflow automation, connected to the tools you already run — WhatsApp, email, spreadsheets and CRMs. We prefer tools you can inspect and own over closed systems that lock you in.
Do I need to be technical?
No. We handle the build, document how it works and train your team on the parts they touch. What we do need is your honesty about how the work really happens, including the messy bits.
What if the automation breaks?
Every workflow we build keeps a manual fallback, so a failure slows you down rather than stopping you. We document what to check first, and we do not build anything so clever that nobody else can maintain it.
Can you build an AI chatbot for my WhatsApp?
Not yet as a productised service — it is on our roadmap and depends on WhatsApp API access. If that is your priority, tell us and we will be straight with you about where it stands rather than selling you a pilot.

Not sure if this is your first move?
The free AI Digital Growth Audit reviews your whole digital presence and tells you what to prioritise — which may or may not be this service. We would rather point you at the right thing.
